In principle, we do not process sensitive personal data about you. 8. Your rights
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:-

You have the right to obtain confirmation that we are processing personal data from you, and you have the right to request access to the personal data. Before SIMIM grants access to these details, it may ask you for proof of identification. You may request one free copy of the personal data that SIMIM processes. - Right of improvement You have the right to have the personal data adapted free of charge if they are incorrect or incomplete.
- Right to revoke your consent If the processing is based on your consent, you may revoke this consent at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.

9. Exercise your rights

10. Security of your data
SIMIM takes all reasonable and appropriate security measures to secure your personal data, at both technical and organisational level. In doing so, we consider the state of art, the implementation cost, the nature, scope and context and the processing purposes and the probability and severity of the potential risks as identified by us. In this way, unauthorised access, unwanted destruction, loss or modification of data and data leaks are avoided as much as possible.
